DocsDee provides a multi-AI decision infrastructure platform utilizing independent AI models, consensus mechanisms, and arbitration logic to generate analytical outputs for business and engineering contexts.
DocsDee grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform according to the subscribed plan.
DocsDee operates using multiple AI providers. Outputs are generated via deterministic routing and consensus scoring mechanisms.
All fees are denominated in USD unless otherwise stated. Payments are non-refundable once processing begins.
Users are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and authorization of submitted data.
DocsDee maintains reasonable security safeguards as described in the AI Governance and Security policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DocsDee shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
Users agree to indemnify DocsDee against claims arising from misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
DocsDee may update features, AI providers, or routing logic in accordance with governance policy.
DocsDee reserves the right to suspend or terminate access upon violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by applicable law as determined by jurisdiction specified in contractual agreements.
