Summary: This plan authorizes professional consultants to generate and deliver reports to clients commercially.

1. Commercial License Grant

DocsDee grants Consultant subscribers a license to use generated outputs as part of paid deliverables to third-party clients. You maintain ownership of the final report presentation layer.

2. Deliverable Rights

Right to remove DocsDee branding (White-labeling options).
Right to include analysis in charged professional services.
Multi-client data segregation support.
Full PDF export rights for distribution.

3. Professional Responsibility

Advisory Note: While AI aids analysis, the Consultant remains the final professional authority. DocsDee acts as a tool, not a certified auditor. You must review all outputs before client delivery.

4. Data Retention & Privacy

Consultant accounts support segregated workspaces to ensure no cross-contamination of client data. Data is retained according to your settings or deleted upon session completion.
